League Format
- •Standard Head-to-Head scoring format
- •Regular season runs from Week 1 through Week 14
- •Playoffs take place in Weeks 15-17
- •Top 6 teams make the playoffs
Roster Settings
- •1 Quarterback (QB)
- •2 Running Backs (RB)
- •2 Wide Receivers (WR)
- •1 Tight End (TE)
- •1 Flex (RB/WR/TE)
- •1 Defense/Special Teams (D/ST)
- •1 Kicker (K)
- •7 Bench spots
- •1 Injured Reserve (IR) spot
Scoring System
- •Passing TD: 4 points
- •Rushing/Receiving TD: 6 points
- •Passing yards: 1 point per 25 yards
- •Rushing/Receiving yards: 1 point per 10 yards
- •Receptions (PPR): 1 point per reception
- •Field Goals: 3-5 points (distance based)
- •Defense/Special Teams: Variable scoring
Draft Rules
- •Snake draft format
- •Draft order determined randomly
- •90 seconds per pick
- •Draft typically held in late August/early September
- •Draft date announced 2 weeks in advance
Transactions
- •Waivers process Wednesday mornings
- •FAAB (Free Agent Acquisition Budget) system
- •$100 budget for the season
- •Trades allowed until Week 12
- •Trade review period: 1 day
- •Commissioner veto power on unfair trades
League Conduct
- •Always set your lineup - no empty spots
- •Check for inactive/injured players before games
- •Respond to trade offers within 48 hours
- •Keep trash talk fun and respectful
- •Pay league dues before draft day
- •Stay active in league discussions
